The best hedge against a market downturn is just long dated BYND puts.  You can't go wrong..  There is literally nothing optimistic about their business.

After joining this reddit group i bought some crypto mining stock at 0.06 - invested only 60 $ cause it was my first pennystock invest ever - went up 1000% and sold everything for 0.60
