Not in this case, I guess. Since nagkaron lang talaga ng action after I reported to BSP. In less than 24 hours, I got my money back na 2 months ko hinintay from Gcash lol

Agree with this. I opened a PERA Account with ATRAM first but I transferred my account to DragonFi to take advantage of the tax exemption on dividends. I turned it as my dividend portfolio. Mostly mutual funds lang kasi sa ATRAM kaya kung balak mo mag ATRAM for mutual funds, better if mag MP2 ka nalang.
Besides sobrang unresponsive and mabagal ng customer service ng ATRAM, I dont really recommend it. It took me about 2 months para lang mag change ng administrator. Kaylangan ko pang i escalate sa BSP para lang kumilos sila.
