🌍 **Macro** U.S. stocks rebounded as Anthropic’s IPO filing boosted AI sentiment, lifting chip stocks and sending Tesla up 5.21%. BTC remained range-bound near $80K ahead of the Fed’s October 28 decision, with markets pricing a 90.6% chance of unchanged rates. ⸻ 📈 **Market Snapshot** • BTC: $80,129.6 (-0.03%) • ETH: $2,324.34 (-0.24%) • NASDAQ: 26,169.38 (+0.83%) • S&P 500: 7,676.85 (+0.70%) • F&G: 48 (previous: 50) ⸻ 🧠 **Market Take** BTC repeatedly found buyers at $79.4K–$79.6K but failed to break above $80.8K. Hong Kong approved secondary trading of publicly offered tokenized funds, Latvia plans an RWA framework for 2027, and the ECB is preparing a digital euro pilot. However, U.S. regulatory disputes and South Korea’s potential fourth crypto tax delay highlight ongoing uncertainty. **Key levels:** * Resistance: $80.5K–$80.8K * Support: $79.4K–$79.6K * Trend: Range-bound ⸻ 🔥 **Hot Tokens** * **DOOD:** \+67% as South Korean buying drove volume nearly 6x higher. * **CAP:** \+41% as short covering fueled a sharp rally. * **UNI:** \+3% as tokenized stock deposits on Uniswap v3/v4 exceeded $300M, up 2,451% year over year. * **AKT:** \+4% after Akash Network proposed migrating from Cosmos to Solana. * **INIT:** Rebounded nearly 4% after briefly falling over 20% following a security incident. ⸻ 📰 **Key Updates** * **Canada:** Proposed stablecoin rules requiring 1:1 reserves and redemption within three business days. * **Hong Kong:** Approved secondary trading of publicly offered tokenized funds on licensed platforms. * **Ripple:** Received OCC approval for Ripple National Trust Bank, supporting RLUSD and institutional custody. * **NBA:** Partnered with Kalshi and Polymarket on prediction markets. * **Franklin Templeton:** Plans two Bitcoin ETFs with dividend reinvestment features. * **Token unlocks:** XPL unlocks 6.56% (~~$23.42M) on Oct 28; FF unlocks 6.62% (~~$20.7M) on Oct 29; FLOCK unlocks 40.97% (\~$18.4M) on Oct 31. ⸻ ⚡ **Quick Take** BTC is holding near $80K, but a breakout above $80.8K is needed to improve the short-term outlook.
