Just to be clear upfront, this is GMEU cost to borrow not GME. Something weird happened in the last couple days where the cost to borrow tanked then slightly recovered. For anyone that doesn’t know GMEU is loaded with GME swaps. This represents maybe a rollover of swaps? There is another post I saw about a new massive swap position that was just formed( see below). I can’t see the whole picture, but there are some big movements happening in the GME aether. Stay frosty friends.

Lowering the strike price forces those short the warrants to short even more, they'll need to short the common too to prevent it being so close to ITM. Less up front capital but if I was in charge it would be absolutely be the play I'd make. With all the pressure from XRT and GMEU, I wonder what would happen next. Maybe one last ditch effort to dump the stock as hard as they can.

Undoing what dilution? Those shares went to someone with an enormous short position. Why is XRT and GMEU still on regsho after a 55M dilution? That's the question to ask. If reported short interest is down, while is XRT and GMEU having FTDs?
