I've wanted something like XINT for a while, very nice.
XTOT, XIC, and XINT would be a nice combination for people wanting the same underlying exposure as XEQT but with slightly different weights.
Hopefully Vanguard follows up with a similar product (and updates VEE to hold emerging markets stocks directly like XEC).
