I'm in my late 30s and been doing dividend investing alongside index funds
Coming up to $75k / yr in dividends...DRIP on and growing steady. Plus the underlying stock is increasing
Big banks (RY, TD, BMO) , Pipelines (ENB, PPL, TC) and a few utilities like FTS
Have a few losers like AQN and T but it is what it is
Don't plan on stopping anytime soon

I mean I mostly like XEQT for the hands off which is why the vast majority of my long term investment money is in it. But I do like the interactive nature of having individuals too I guess?
Would it be better to sell 3/5 of the banks (keep TD and Royal) and put that difference in ENB, or XEQT?

I've got BRK.B, L(watchlist), CCO on my fun list too.
I also considered V (but went for BRK.B instead), AAPL (META & MSFT instead), RY/TD (went for MFC & NA instead), ENB (instead went for XEG & VDE) CP (went for CNR, didn't consider UNP).

You can transfer TD mutual funds in kind. Once transferred you can't buy any new and can only sell them. I did this in May this year

Oh yeah I’ve seen the growth chart. I’ll just DCA. I mean in 20 years it won’t even matter. So I’ll start throwing in chunks. I have RY and TD invested.
