Anyone know what happened to the TD Emerald Global Equity Index Non-Taxable Investor Pooled Fund Trust since Sept 23?

I hate having to input a 7 digit number every time I enter a trade. Transferring over from TD as a nightmare. I have to call iTRADE's line and give my 16 digit card number twice and give the 7 digit trading number so I can get assistance. TD enables you to call right from their app and be automatically identified. I only transferred since I wanted everything in one bank and I have not been impressed. The interface, I've found anyway, is harder to maneuver than TDs.
