>Does anybody else here focus on ESG with their investments?
No, I focus on growing my money and a number of ESG ETFs have proven to contain contradictory investments buy ranking companies environmental "IMPROVEMENT" over impact.. IE a Oil company was included for becoming cleaner but an EV maker that was already extremely clean was not in the index etc. IE most "GREEN" ESG ETFs are full of BS.

>The BMO MSCI Canada Selection Equity Index ETF has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the MSCI Canada Selection Index, net of expenses. The ETF invests in Canadian companies that have higher **MSCI ESG ratings than their peers**. The ETF invests in and holds the Constituent Securities of the Index in the same proportion as they are reflected in the Index.
7.90% ENBRIDGE INC "Enbridge Inc. is a multinational pipeline and energy company"
[DRFG](https://www.fondsdesjardins.com/etf/ri-global-multifactor-fossil-fuel-reserves-free/)
Top 10 holdings are all TECH platforms? Might as well invest in TEC.TO ?
[GGRO](https://www.blackrock.com/ca/investors/en/products/315676/ishares-esg-growth-etf-portfolio)
>The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in one or more exchange-traded funds managed by BlackRock Canada or an affiliate (“iShares ETF”) that provide exposure to fixed income and/or equity securities. The iShares ETFs in which the Fund invests generally employ ESG-oriented investment strategies or primarily invest in government bonds.
This is a meta ETF so you have to break down the holding ETFs

GGRO is an all in one portfolio etf that includes stocks from around the world. So is DRFG.
But ESGA is Canadian stocks only. The BMO equivalent of a full portfolio etf would be ESGG or ZESG depending on how many bonds you want in your portfolio.
