I like First Solar (FSLR) and copper stocks (TECK and FCX)
If oil remains above $60 and there was a good correction, I will buy REI and PTAIF. Also, I might buy Devon and Sandridge. Buy stocks with lots of oil in the ground. Read the reserve information in the 10-K.
I like the low PE and high book value and cash position of some shipping companies (DAC, IMPP, GASS, TK).

Since I am 76 and I may not have time to ride out a bear market, I have over 1/2 in fixed income.
I am cost averaging on techs with IGM (a good ETF).
