Not to mention you also have very good litigation tied PFD Trust PFD Share stocks left in the ongoing CH 11 Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc bankruptcy and once it's closed after 17 whole years those are shares that are only acquired via US OTC in Canada not allowed in the USA and guarantee $25 to cancel each share (hence why they are OTC listed still) and also they have a Property Trust account w Chase Manhattan Bank, NA that has not been allowed to sell one CRE property, the rent or $ made on them since 2008 when they suspended quarterly cash payouts to these Lehman Brothers Capital Trust Pfd Share holders on 09/17/08. So there's also good stuff there. Even if the CH 11 for LBHI doesn't pay the last common share tranche of credit cards the "unfreezing" of the LBHI (global Lehman Brothers parent co) upon closure of it's ongoing CH 11 will pay out these DTCC systemically connected shares in full. Each share = $25 min liq fee should Lehman Brothers ongoing concern or clean slate choose to cancel + you are the bearer of the TPS in your brokerage you get ALL missed quarterly 6-6.375% cash distributions from the prop trustee at Chase back to Sep 17 2008. Not all these "Expert Market" -Q are a bad thing. Take a look - maybe you can scrape a few more. Should be done with CH 11 in Fall 2025 per the PwC UK arm that is doing most of the remaining progress reports for this all. Illiquid but worth every penny. Good looking out. PS - Trump MAGA American here - but leave my Canadian sovereign friends alone. I was a Guelph resident for a few years. American needs Canada because it's a wonderful place to exit the echochamber. Peace to you all.
