The warrants are RC's way of selling INTO a massive rise in price. It is preplanned strategy to prevent anyone from setting up a gamma ramp. If there is one, warrants are exercised. It is as if GameStop sold 55 million shares at $32. Except it only happens if GME goes above $32. Look at all the "dilution" events before. At least twice, GameStop stopped a massive rise in price by selling directly into the rise. That's how they made their first few billion in their coffers. This is just RC saying we will take that money and use it elsewhere if price spikes. However I give shareholders the benefit of the warrants. You sell it, you make money. You hold it till it's worthless, you prevent dilution. You exercise it, thank you for the $32 to our coffers and here's another share. It always ends positive for GameStop.
