Dr. PSS also CEO for GBIM, (i assume). He refuses to send quarterly statements (8K, 10K) to the SEC. Now GBIM shares went from over $5.00 to 0.0001. This has been a nightmare for GBIM shareholders. GBIM shareholders have been in radio silence with Dr. PSS since the COVID days. Too make the matter worst for us. we cannot sell or buy GBIM shares. I wanted to sell for a tax write-off for 2025 and could not with Charles Schwab.
