So I opened a new account with IBKR yesterday and I've deposited money to trade this morning, everything went fine until I wanted to buy shares of FSXLF(which is a stock, and I have permission to trade stocks but not this specific one for some reason). I can purchase other stocks with no problem but when I want to get this specific one I am denied.
I also have this message popping up: No market data permissions for ARCAEDGE STK
As well as this one: You are not connected to our trading and market data system
What do I do?
