Hi. Sorry, pa compute ka ulet. Parang mali din yang sa EWT. 20% interest for 15 years (pre-TRAIN Jan.1 2018) plus 12% for the final 8 (post TRAIN). Simply calculations lang kaya ko gawin and by no means am I saying that I'm right. From what I can compute, for the EWT, 224,306.28 lang dapat ang interest and for the DST, 112,153.14.
DST should be also from the time period from 2003 to current.
What's interesting to me is... yung 350k na compromise. If you add up everything and have the last 8 years apply EOPT rates, nasa 319,172.91. It's less than the "350k compromise" offered.

OP, pa recalculate ka ng DST. Not an accountant or anything.. Pero parang may mali sa DST computation. Just check... Kung may kakilala kang accountant who can check for you, better.
Also, check if qualified yan sa EOPT. If your parents are considered as Micro Taxpayer, baka mapababa pa ng konti pero baka di sing baba ng 350k na "compromise"
