I've found that you can only get to the bond details page from your positions list on your Fixed Income Dashboard.
Of course, this page has changed drastically for the worst too. Most of the info is still there but hidden with tabs or various pop-ups. Unless you want to see the depth of book, it's easier to just go to EMMA.
