Based on what the OP stated about the intent of leveraging the executive MBA program network for his/her goals, I would recommend considering the EMBA programs at one of the M7 business schools in the US, which include MIT, University of Pennsylvania, Northwestern University, and Columbia University. Unfortunately, these M7 EMBA programs cost more than $200,000. Many students attending these M7 EMBA programs are sponsored by their employers (ie. they help with the tuition). These schools have strong networks that you can leverage. There were international students that attended the EMBA program at University of Pennsylvania, MIT, and Columbia University when I visited the program. I am assuming that there are international students in the Northwestern University EMBA Program, especially at the Miami site, but I did not visit this program.
I did my EMBA program at one of the top 15 business schools in US, such as Yale University, University of Michigan, New York University, Cornell University, University of California at Berkeley etc... I was lucky to get a significant scholarship for the EMBA since my employer did not assist with the tuition. This is the main reason why I did not do my EMBA at one of the M7 schools (even though I got into the ones that I applied to) due to cost since I was not willing to take on additional student loan debt. The EMBA program did allow me to advance internally within my organization. I was also able to leverage my school's network to get a part time consulting opportunity. In my school's EMBA program, there was a student from the fashion industry, who leveraged my school's network to achieve his goals in the fashion industry.
