r/frame_community, that was acquired by CRCW earlier this year, is crcw's layer-1 with quantum safe, NIST approved, and interoperability with all coins btc included.
Last I checked they are anticipating a 2026 launch but not much info is out there so I don't know what they expect to happen. Sounds ambitious as hell.
Just my 2 cents on the topic.
