I mean the (as they say) the unlikely case that FDA and DEA would act fast enough to allow for BOTH FDA approval and DEA rescheduling finished and commercial launch starded STILL this year. Otherwise getting FDA approval is in my opinion 90+ % likelihood

Okay, so I will add a reply here since people want to talk about "The Company" and Ryan. Whether you want to think about this or not. I am not asking to take sides, invalidate what's going on or anything, other than question the motive and behavior behind the livestream, so I will share my theory anyway.
Last year, Ryan allocated and pushed warrants with the welcoming excitement from everyone which is fine because the topic of warrants and all aspects and mechanics of it gave some points and insights. However, was the distribution of warrants done in good faith given the timing with Larry Cheng coming out of the woodwork? I don't think so and here's why:
1. Ryan Cohen needed to buy more time to do what he wanted to do without pushing away support but somehow using an instrument to deliberately gain it: Enter the warrants.
2. Last year, Ryan Cohen knew that if he distributed/pushed warrants 2-3 years out of expiration outright that he would lose steam and shareholder support along with uproar from the communities. So how do you solve for this you ask? You KNOWINGLY DISTRIBUTE A 1 YEAR WARRANT EXPIRY WITH INTENT TO EXTEND IT FOR ANOTHER YEAR OR SO AFTER. This has been a burning question for some time as what will happen to the stock or the warrants (BOTH VALID concerns).
3. Ryan executes and distributes the warrants for 1 year which are due soon anyway (knowingly he would need to extend them again regardless of the voter sentiment/support), so he leveraged the 1 year under the guise (not verbally) to signal shareholders that "something" will happen. Yes, that something is likely extension of the warrants.
4. This is probably an important thought I considered. Think about it, had Ryan distributed say 2-3 year warrants out from the getgo that are due (2027-2028) as an example, would he had been successful with the shareholder voting approval that happened recently? I don't think so, so the argument stands it was more of an incentive for Ryan to distribute 1-year warrants that are supposedly "due soon". This would manipulate and control shareholders for voting in support because Ryan needed "help" from us again.
5. Larry Cheng and Livestream timing. I will admit. I do not like Larry Cheng from a personal stance. This guy talks and talks and talks and hardly anything either makes any sense or it doesn't. So why do a livestream now that timing is crucial? I will tell you why, handholding emotional investors and telling everyone that things will be fine. I mean sure, guy puts down money and buys shares and so does Ryan. But guess what? Everyone on the board buying shares at this juncture only leads me to believe that the price of the stock will rise momentarily, and when the stock tumbles again, that's when Ryan will "take action" and extend the warrants, thus looking "favorable" to everyone while shareholders thank him as a "savior". Ryan knows the stock and when it runs, and so does Kitty.
Case in point? Based on past behavior from both Ryan and Cheng, I expect another 1-2 year delay if anything should occur if at all. Again, Larry gaslighting a bunch of hopeful investors back in 2023 (look at the main post for proof) knowing fully well that Ryan was going to be involved and take his sweet time: IT has been 3 freaking long years!!! And don't get me started with GameStop.
I can't possibly be the only one annoyed and emotionally toyed with, which is why I voted against everything on the shareholder proposal (and I DID with conviction) because I believe Ryan and Larry didn't do or execute announcements or proposals under the presumption of good faith.
Again, you don't have to believe me, but I've seen this behavior play out over and over. I feel like as an investor, Ryan delivers but he's really the kind of guy of like "If I do this what's in it for me?" while playing "good activist".
I will continue to support RK before RC, and specially anything having to do with LC.
