That's true, but I often find that in those and similar situations, I'd rather go with a local service that knows the territory and works directly with the owners and cleaners. For example – I can AirBNB a place on Mount Desert Island, but I'd rather use BHACR, since I can get a person who knows all the properties on the phone and who can provide a ton of local info.
