At Aurora Mobile we reported Q1 2026 this morning and wanted to share the numbers here.
* EngageLab ARR hit US$11.7M in March, up 172% YoY
* Fourth consecutive GAAP-profitable quarter
* Revenue US$13.5M, +5% YoY
* Gross profit +13% YoY; gross margin 71.0%, up from 66.1% a year ago
* Core Developer Subscription revenue at a record RMB64.9M
* Net Dollar Retention 103%
* US$20.6M in cash and short-term investments; 441,365 ADSs repurchased to date
The bigger picture for anyone not following the space: customer engagement is moving off plain messaging APIs and onto AI-native, agentic platforms. Our two bets there are EngageLab (omnichannel engagement) and GPTBots (enterprise AI agents), and the 172% ARR growth is the clearest sign the strategy is landing.
We also shipped a product this week that shows where this goes: EngageLab's Unlimited Support Agents conversational sales solution. No per-seat pricing, AI agents qualify inbound leads on the BANT framework and hand the strongest ones to a human inside the one-minute window when buyer intent peaks. In an early rollout with a Japanese property firm, recovered cross-time-zone leads covered 37.5% of system cost in the first week.
