Typed this out as a reply to u/BitcoinandTeslaCalls but since I left my comp midway through posting here so it's not buried.
Not that anyone asked me - but here's what I've settled on after doing reading on this (mainly u/radthereptile s comments in the daily, uraniumsqueeze and this guy https://twitter.com/quakes99 on Twitter who tweets like a wholesome visionarymind but has pretty detailed threads : https://twitter.com/quakes99/status/1460034294013775872?s=20)

Safe / steady ETF:
URNM (bigger cap but covers more of what I like, options are wide spread and pricey)

URA - smaller cap, better options (I'm eyeing 1/2024 45c but haven't opened)

Safe/steady shares:
CCJ - biggest Canadian producer , shares are great, there's flow on Dec/Jan calls (I have 12/17 29c and shares)

Small caps :

I like UUUU - shares and calls - you all know this one

UEC - just got some upgrades and completed an acquisition - shares and 2/2022 8c. Has ISR facilities in the US.

These are both American producers so might get a bump from infra but who knows

DNN - my fav, I own so many shares of this - Canadian miner with good holdings, was smart and bought a bunch of spot uranium before the price spikes which is having a positive effect on their balance sheet. Good earnings and I think they are positioned well to succeed if the uranium run continues.

I also have 1.5c 3/2023 and 1c 2024 - the spreads are kinda wide but hoping these have the potential to be deep ITM by expiry. IMO this is a good IRA set and forget - if they get approval to do isr mining on their Phoenix deposit and uranium keeps rolling, I think it has a ton of upside. They just put out a PR around successful field tests : https://twitter.com/DenisonMinesCo/status/1460238766719881217?t=tbmf7YUNabOK7EsYyQX6jg&s=03
Also I think if you own enough shares you can go visit the mine site which looks dope (the pdf warns about bear attacks lmao (https://www.denisonmines.com/site/assets/files/5770/technical-handout-site-visit-aug-2019.pdf)
DNN and some of the ones below use ISR mining - which I think of in my idiot brain as kinda like uranium hydrofracking. My understanding is ISR produces cheaper cost/lb uranium so it's an advantage relative to traditional - but its new so harder to get approval. DNN would be first to get ISR running in the Athabasca basin site (where CCJ and the other big Canadian companies are) which is why it gets talked about a decent amount around the uranium sub, quakes, etc.
MicroCap / OTC:
These are pretty risky and also with junior miners you should expect some dilution as it's how they raise capital to turn discovered assets into active mines. However - if you look at the last bull run the micros are where you can make the highest % gains.
In no particular order:
Boss Energy - BQSSF Australian - has a good site / deposit and is actively expanding (fully permitted).
Global Atomic - GLATF - canadian company - just announced they are breaking ground on a large deposit in Niger.
Azarga (AZZUF) - merging with Encore (EU)? Idk - american explorer with ISR focused capabilities.
Baselode energy - BSENF - Canadian Athabasca - non-isr
SkyHarbour - SYHBF - Canadian Athabasca - near DNN - partnering with Azincourt on a project
ISOenergy - ISENF - Canadian Athabasca - drilling to determine grading of uranium in their site "hurricane zone"
Azincourt - AZURF - Explorer in Canadian Athabasca - partnering with Skyharbour on preston lake - has some lithium exposure too
Anfield Energy - ANLDF - Utah / Wyoming ISR
Fission Uranium Corp - FCUUF - Canadian Athabasca - found new claims recently - filed a "base shelf" which seems like a more bullish offering to help develop their sites: https://twitter.com/quakes99/status/1459587510716170240?s=20
Anyway - I see a bunch of uranium talk around here but nothing really on the micros / OTC (most are also just TSX traded not strictly OTC - but only way to trade them in the US).
My (probably dumb) strategy has been to collect these in an IRA - some will probably flame out or dilute heavily - but if any hit well could be high upside since the options outside of CCJ,URA,UUUU are pretty low volume and hard to gamble on. On the whole I buy into the uranium thesis as the only current tech that can help achieve climate goals as regulation increases - if you look at the EU - germany, france, belgium etc are canceling decommission plans and reinvesting. This plus SPUT pressure should help drive the price (and U stocks) up.
I usually lurk not comment - so figured I'd contribute some idiotic DD for once (obviously not financial advice unless you want to lose money). . <3
