I’m heavy long the stock with a 2% position. Not a huge bet, but I do have conviction in this one. Entry point is around 1.25 and I started accumulating in 6/2025
I totally get what everyone is saying above, but I’m looking at the price to projected earnings growth and it blows United / Delta etc out of the water 15% vs 28%. UAL PEG =.5, AFLYY PEG=.06. They are emerging from their COVID debt problems with early redemptions on their bonds. The multiple this stock is trading at is insanely low compared to its peers. I enjoy flying this airline and choose it whenever I fly to Europe.
Also, their fuel costs are 70% hedged, so maybe just a slight disruption from the Persian gulf, depending on how long it lasts. If the disruption continues into 2027… idk.
Everyone can hate the stock, but that’s part of the reason I like it.
