VisionWave released an update yesterday on their STRATUM unmanned ground vehicle lineup.
It’s four platforms are on the same architecture: VARAN, RANGER, SCOUT, and RECON. I think the Idea is you keep the same vehicle and swap the mission module depending on the job, ISR, logistics, counter-UAS, RF sensing, remote weapon stations, that kind of thing.
They gave target specs for VARAN: about 500 kg payload, more than 1,000 kg towing, around 70 km/h, and a mission time of about four hours depending on the setup, which is insanely good!
