BSII is currently listed on NASDAQ.
When the business combination completes, TGE will be listed on the NYSE.
Since the combined company will be changing to a NYSE listing, the old NASDAQ listing gets shelved.
Black Spade did the exact same thing ( in reverse ) with their first SPAC, which merged with Vinfast. BSAQ was a NYSE stock; VFS stock was listed on NASDAQ, so:
