What do you mean by ASCX management carelessly tanked the company?
NIO is profitable now so it doesn't aligned with ASXC's "Burned through all he capital without a care" statement.

It wouldn't be the first time this has happened.
In an unrelated field, ASXC did this a couple of years ago. Management carelessly tanked the company for years and burned through all the capital without a care. They were bought out for pennies on the dollar ($0.35 per share) and the board got new roles in the acquiring company.
I really pray that is not the case with NIO after they spent all of our money (time and time again) building up the company and China's infrastructure with the swapping network.
If they are profitable and achieve success in Europe, the share price should be $20+. They don't seem to care about Europe though.
If they can do those two things and preferably buy back some shares (using profits) to undo some of the dilution, we should be looking good.
