Plug it into Pangram or some similar detector instead of asking Gemini if Gemini's best human impression is human-like or not. I checked pangram and it returned 100% AI generated. I'm not surprised in the least.

This is almost textbook AI construction. I had never read prose that so consistently started a sentence with "What I think:" or "What stunned me:" or other some such weird micro-clickbait imitation. See elsewhere for another example c.f. "What worked for me:"

AI posters on Reddit have been instructed to be super casual. And so, to a fault, they construct these weird punchy sentence fragments. If you have a voice reading these sentences out to you in your head, the cadence alone should trigger your AI alarm. Also, more validation of the person the AI is responding to, because LLMs are trained to be super agreeable and friendly unless instructed otherwise.

Super punchy concluding sentence. This to me is the most obvious. Use of "just" doesn't close the case (I use "just" like that a lot myself), but the pronoun referring to its antecedent in the previous sentence in that specific way, as in "This is XYZ's world; we're just living in it" combined with how super-casual it's trying to sound should also give you a hint.
Idk what else to say. Is this how you would expect an upper-40s veteran to write? It absolutely is not from my perspective. Hope this helps.

Weil, wie du schon gesagt hast, ein Exportstopp die Firmen und Betreiber Geld kosten würde und rechtliche Kosten mit sich bringt. Eine Tankkette in Deutschland, die gültige Verträge mit US-Lieferanten hat, wird das nicht einfach auf sich sitzen lassen und klagen.
Natürlich kann der Lieferant in den USA sich meistens auf höhere Gewalt berufen, wenn das eine Bundesanweisung ist. Die muss aber auch erstmal bestätigt werden und was droht, wenn der amerikanische Rechtsstaat (der immer noch existiert) das kippt können wir ja bei Trumps Exportzöllen beobachten.
Zudem kommt es im Wahlkampf besser an, wenn Trump es den Wählern verkaufen kann, dass "er die Europäer zu XYZ gezwungen hat" als wenn er jetzt selbst mit "kommunistischen Maßnahmen" die Preise senken muss.

Das Ganze ist aber eh eine Nebelkerze, weil das nur einen sehr kurzfristigen Effekt haben wird. Die strategischen Reserven an verarbeiteten Öl sind deutlich geringer als die Rohölreserven und die gehen auch dem Ende entgegen.
