# Primary Questions:
1. Is my information regarding rollover of the tsp accurate?
2. Should I leave this in EJ? All my stocks have stepped up in basis so theres no capital gains tax from selling, as I understand it.
3. TSP - do I take 10% out of the rolled over ira each year? all at once?
4. Roth IRA - do I take the RMD and backload this to year ten? or take it all now? some each year?
5. taxes, am I fucked?
6. Other things I just missed or didnt mention I should take into account?
I've never had any real money, and my investment knowledge is "buy stocks" so any guidance would be awesome. Thanks everyone! If I missed anything, just ask

If you put $10k in VICI 1 year ago you'd have about $9.6k now
If you put $10k into SGOV 1 year ago you'd have about $10.4k now
VICI's performance hasn't been any better over the last 5 years. And it's not even guaranteed, whereas SGOV's return is reliable, predictable, and guaranteed.

What about a 5 year horizon? I am currently diving into dividends, and am caught in a bit of a weird spot. I have several years of run rate in cash, and I could basically do nothing and probably retire by 50 so long as I keep working for what I earn today.
But, is there a path to cut that 10 year (to 50) horizon to 5?
Core income positions are JEPI, QYLD, and O for monthly cash flow, plus VICI, SPHD, SCHD, VYM, VNQ, and VZ rounding out the dividend side, with smaller stakes in ARR/REM for high-yield monthly distributions. I also still hold some legacy growth names (NVDA, CCJ, RDDT, RIVN, OII, IONQ, VT) from before the strategy shift. The rest of my net liquid is in HYSA at \~3.3% and a CD at 4.1%, which I'm slowly deploying $1,200 at a time into dividends when they list at what I think is a good value.
Is this a typical strategy?

It had been flat for a long time and no one could forsee the shortage of memory
But MU is too cyclical for me anyway, and volatile.
screaming value stocks that works in all environments right now is INTU CMCSA ZTS VICI for example

I am talking about real companies that are on discount , companies that have a more defensive profile and always will be there no matter the AI spending cycle.
Companies that are on a sale is for example INTU, META, ADP, ZTS, CMCSA, VICI, PFE, BMI.
And no, I’m NOT worried about the debt of some like PFE, CMCSA. Also CMCSA has a low payout ratio of below 30% and 5Y CAGR of 7% on already high dividend. PFE I see more as a bond kinda.
People are talking about buying the dip on MU NVDA SNDK and so on, but there are no dips there.
Especially MU SNDK are so cyclical and depending on short term memory prices, imo the prices of the stocks should be around 60-70% lower for being worth to buy.
I personally made a small loss on MU when I sold around 100$ , but good luck to everyone in it, I see that it have shoot up like a meme-stock lmao.
