Good for you. I do think you should add an International index. Consider buying EFV or VEU until it's 20% of your total.

Buy VEU for some international.
Or some AVNV if you like value.

Open a taxable account. Place most of your money there, keeping just enough money in a readily accessible HYSA to cover immediate expenses.
Your emergency fund can go into a MMF or something like VBIL. The rest should be invested like normal. Consider a typical 2-fund portfolio of VOO + VEU or VTI + VXUS. Add bonds or other strategic holdings at a later date. VT is an acceptable replacement for VTI + VXUS if you are OK with natural market weighting and want to set it and forget it.

Your holdings should be proportioned across all investment accounts as if they were one, and holdings should be placed in what makes the most strategic sense. For example, if you hold BND, it should go into a tax-advantaged account and not a taxable account.
Drop SCHD until you are at retirement age. I recommend VOO + VEU in your Roth account and VTI + VXUS in your taxable account. Or the same in both. Add BND when you are older.
Quick rule of thumb is 120 minus your age equals how much of your portfolio equities should be. So 120 - 30 = 90%. Thus, consider an overall allocation of roughly 65% VOO/VTI, 25% VEU/VXUS, 10% BND.

Sounds like you might like SPTM (S&P 1500). Perfectly good, low fee fund. Like the S&P 500, but includes mid and small caps with some light filters.
For international, maybe you would like VEU or SCHF+SCHE (leave out international small caps).

VEU dates further back and is even worse.
You can also compare VTI and VT.
US indices have higher concentration of high growth. International has a lot more mature/low growth at higher weights.
You can call it what you want. But when I invest, I'm looking to maximize returns with established mechanisms.

Yes.
I have my core 75% Portfolio in the Canadian Equivalent of VTI, VEU and EWC as my core positions with a 5% gold stake. I play with about 20% and 10% is in cash for major market shifts. I have enough freedom to have some fun and never changing my core strategy. Helps me with the urge to fiddle but with way smaller amounts of capital.

so what do you suggest? I’m probably switching AVUV and VEU so it evens out on both accounts.

For me personally, I would swap the allocations between AVUV and VEU, but your allocation is reasonable and if you like it, you should stick with it.
Overall, I think it is terrific and better than 99.9999% of the performance chasing nonsense I see on Reddit :)
