This has been the worst company I have dealt with trading wise and it is not close. They have the shittiest customer service and don't care about the client at all. My fund's have been locked since day 1 in my account and have gotten no answers for over a week. They sent a verification which is passed easily twice and give no answers after submission. I have been shorted for days and only real human response I got was that they won't disclose details to me at all. This absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT USE GEMINI!!!!! I have seen other with these issues and will be also reporting them to the financial department as well.
