I'm not a fan of anything that shows long term NAV decay. True PTY has held up for 20+ years but I just don't like the charts now especially that 5 year chart.
Gives me ULTY vibes (I know it's not the same thing)

Pump ETFs for 5 Years. Then use margin and pump high Yield income funds. Like QQQI, and ULTY. Collect funds til ULTY drops 20%. Then add distributions to compound shares.
Replace your income. Then you can invest every paycheck and live off passive income while you get rich. Not financial advice. Also Yieldmax and QQQI are not the same one holds back your income to stabelize NAV. Income erosion. With ULTY people like to mention capped gains, then ignore that the income is not capped. They call that NAV erosion.
