Being also on another country, I don’t know how to describe it…
They should have a SOS chat/phone line for these cases. And it makes more sense for a bank that targets travelers as one of the big piece of the cake.
One way to be able to restrict that SOS chat/phone line would be that if you use it two or three times for non-emergency situations you get blocked for using it (like the regular 911).
