It also sells intermediate products consisting of polysilicon, trichlorosilane gas, ingots, and scrap wafers to semiconductor device and equipment makers. SunEdison Semiconductor Limited sells its products to semiconductor manufacturers comprising integrated device manufacturers and pure-play semiconductor foundries, as well as wafer customization companies. The company was founded in 1959 and is headquartered in St. Peters, Missouri.
