The only thing we're in disagreement is that the v3 + new chips aren't sufficient for most consumer d2d users. Most folks will be fine with just basic internet, 10 Mbps is more than enough for standard SCS. There are tons of disadvantages of starlink's architecture, the new chips will solve some of their most critical issues. Their solution will require a huge constellation, but I don't think they'll have any issues getting that up long term. Some folks will want faster speeds, and ASTS will likely be able to charge a premium for it, but that is not a huge percent of the consumer d2d market.
