I’m running into a frustrating issue with the Revolut app and I’m hoping someone here might know what’s going on or how to fix it.
I downloaded and installed the official Revolut app directly from the Google Play Store. Everything worked completely fine for a couple of days. Then out of nowhere, I started getting this error saying the app cannot run because it is not installed from an approved vendor.
For context, I am using Google Pixel 10a, with Android 17 and I've downloaded the app from official Google Play Store (not an APK sideload, no modified ROM - as far as I know).
The exact same thing happened to me a few months ago on a Moto G06. It makes me feel like it's some sort of SafetyNet/Play Integrity/device attestation bug, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot it.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a workaround short of constantly reinstalling the app? Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
