I can explain that as PRO level Revolut customer you can talk to a person (voice call) via the App. This gives you access to an entry level0 person who is not authorised to do much but tell you the /time of day/. I hope you get my drift. They will tell you that you can be moved to the more senior escalation team in the chat. The chat is where the AI response robot lurks, so if you manage to get past that or if the voice level0 person presses the right button you will be with a 'real person' with a 'real name' in the chat.
for me then I ask them a simple question like, what is the case number, or why a 'routine security check' is taking >40 days. And then the human at the other end does a copy paste of some bland text including stuff like

"I completely agree that waiting over a month without a detailed explanation is incredibly frustrating, and I am very sorry for the poor experience this has caused you."

Ich dachte erst du arbeitest dort nur 4-5h PRO MONAT, soviel zum Kontext. Du kannst dich ja umschauen ob es etwas interessantes gibt was dich sonst noch anspricht. Ansonsten zieh durch und genieße die 10% Zusatzeinkommen. Da sind die 10% Rendite die die anderen haider hier im sub nicht schaffen. Und die dich schneller zum Porsche Cayman s bringen.
