YieldMax is usually more like 50%. Lots of things other than YieldMax have a 10% yield. Some REITS like IIPR or PMT, some Business Development Corporations like CSWC or Blue Owl, some crypto investments like CSHR, some foreign stocks like PRGO or TU currently or VALE earlier this year, very out of favor industries like coal miner ARLP, tankers like NAT, sometimes MLP's although maybe not currently, sometimes preferreds can be had with that yield, Western Union or Shutterstock if they don't cut their dividend...
There is nearly always a reason for it, though. There is no free lunch.
