The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Indus India Index (the "underlying index"). The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 90% of its total assets in securities of Indian companies that comprise the underlying index, as well as American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts ("GDRs") based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to represent the large-cap segment of the Indian equity markets. The fund is non-diversified.
