If you want to sleep well at night, spend a few weeks researching multisig.
I suggest - SparrowWallet
(make sure you check the vendor's URL and Github are the correct ones, and check the PGP signing key and Sha256 of your download and every time you update SparrowWallet -- don't click on any google adword links, there is no legit Apple iPhone SparrowWallet)
Then I would suggest 2 of 3 multivendor Multisig - where you dice roll +/- coin flip your own Mnemonic seed (the last word is a checksum, so you dice roll/coin flip the first 11/23 words and you hardware wallet calculates the 8 correct options, and you could coin flip for which of the 8 final words you want)
Seedsigner, Bitbox02, Passport, Keystone3 and Trezor are good options.
