I assume they used month-to-month data here?
Completely ignoring the 70% sales growth over the first four months year-on-year, and also ignoring the 20% increase in April 2026 vs April 2025?

Grid, schmid.. the best thing about NIO swap model is that you can have the latest, greatest battery even years from now, and you never have to worry about battery fatigue or damage, just go swap it out. Other companies cars will either need a $20,000 battery replacement or simply be scrapped at the end of their relatively short life.

NIO's only major issue used to be the low sales volume. That's clearly a thing of the past.

Guys, EV no longer have future. Many countries started to revert their EV system back to hybrid to prevent fire 🔥 and sales no longer profitable compared in 2020. BYD and Tesla already dominated the market. Stocks - NIO, Xpeng and Li auto used to be manipulated by China market. Not financial advice and do your own DD. Good luck.

Xiaomi has the full ecosystem to make their cars integrated into their Ai strategy. NIO wanted to do that with their nio phone and Nio home. In other words, xiaomi does what Nio wants to do better.
Xpeng makes their own chip and is diversified into robots, autonomous driving/robotaxi and flying cars. Just on technology alone they are more diversified than NIO which is only focused on the cars. The business case for robotaxi and humanoid robots are way stronger than what Nio has.
Li auto is the first chinese start up to become profitable and has proven over a full year that they can stay profitable.
The OP doesn't acknowledge any of these points.
