Scrape the data so he can present it to companies like Wes does to HFT with Shareintel. The point is lawyer driven litigation. He shows them the results they want - IE your company is the victim. They are unlikely to win but if they can get past a MTD at least Midwit Mark gets paid. Actual results for the shitco in question may vary.

My guess he is going the direction of Wes and Shareintel. Create a "data set" that can at least pass a MTD and force a bullshit SLAPP settlement.
