First off I want to say that there are almost certainly better stocks to pick but I wanted stocks that had smaller market caps than the top dogs but were growing at a really fast pace. I like these stocks because they've not really experienced a parabolic move (yet), of course I'm hoping they do in the future.
# Astera Labs (ALAB)
Astera Labs designs high-performance connectivity solutions, such as semiconductor-based retimers, that scale AI and cloud data center infrastructure.
* **Revenue:** $270.6 million (Q4 2025)
* **Revenue Growth:** 92% YoY
* **Gross Margin:** 75.6% (GAAP)
* **Net Income:** $45.0 million (GAAP)
* **Forward Outlook:** Guided Q1 2026 revenue to $286M–$297M.
# Rubrik (RBRK)
Rubrik provides a cloud-based data security platform that uses zero-trust principles to automate backup, recovery, and protection against cyber threats.
* **Subscription ARR:** $1.46 billion
* **ARR Growth:** 34% YoY
* **Revenue:** $377.7 million (Q4 2026)
* **Revenue Growth:** 46% YoY
* **Free Cash Flow:** $70.1 million (Q4)
* **Customer Scale:** 2,805 customers now contribute >$100k in subscription ARR
# Samsara (IOT)
Samsara offers an "Internet of Things" (IoT) cloud platform that connects physical operations—like vehicle fleets and industrial equipment—to real-time data to improve safety and efficiency.
* **Ending ARR:** $1.89 billion
* **ARR Growth:** 30% YoY
* **Revenue:** $444.3 million (Q4 2026)
* **Revenue Growth:** 28% YoY
* **Profitability:** $0.04 GAAP EPS (marked their 2nd consecutive quarter of GAAP profitability)
* **Free Cash Flow:** $62.9 million (14% margin)
# ANI Pharmaceuticals (ANIP)
ANI Pharmaceuticals is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and markets branded and generic prescription drugs, with a strategic focus on rare diseases and complex therapies.
* **Revenue:** $247.1 million (Q4 2025)
* **Revenue Growth:** 30% YoY
* **Adjusted EBITDA:** $65.4 million
* **Segment Growth:** Rare Disease revenue grew 50.8% YoY
Admittedly I may have got into these picks a bit on the expensive side, especially Astera Labs and Rubrik as they have quite pricey multiples at the moment but that's ok. I'd rather get in early and take some temporary losses rather than try and time my entry and miss the train all together. Assuming my picks actually do go up in the future 😂
