You do you but I've kept my eye on several stocks because my overall thesis is a continuing tech boom with AI advancement, biomedical advances, quantum, space stocks etc. Ultimately, AI leading to broader impacts. I've bought and sold some of these stocks and doubled my money in a few months on some and I've still got a watch list on some where I'm tempted and then I see a 20% rise & kick myself.
HOWEVER, I realised it is luck. I do believe the thesis but I've no idea which companies will prosper (outside the major companies that have the capital to but won't have the 10x rises). All the "ASTS" and "IONQ" etc. are just things we hear on Reddit etc. We don't KNOW. You hear the success & very little of the losses. In my view, you're doing the right things with ETFs and patience. If it was so easy to make big money quickly, everyone would be doing it.

Exactly. It's laughable that internet armchair investors think that all the mega tech giants with their teams of noble prize winning AI scientists and teams consisting of people with world class technological, financial and business acumen are big dumb dumbs who don't know what they're doing with their investments in a technology that will dominate in the future. 
But don't worry, Dave, with his 50 shares of MSFT, 10 shares of PLTR and 18 shares of IONQ has watched some YouTube videos where a hyperactive 25 year old keeps screaming about an AI bubble so Dave's more than qualified to advise these companies that they better hurry up and turn a profit TODAY or their business is going to turn into the next Pets.com.

IONQ crushed its earnings. Revenue $80.1M vs $49.7M Est., double free cash flow than last year, raised guidance from $265M to $285M, 287% YoY growth, signed new MoU.

IONQ is probably the strongest/safest bet of the quantum computing pure play compared to RGTI, QBTS, QNT, INFQ, but each company has their own strengths.

Charts, candle structure, and RSI. I've learned to not actually give two shits about whatever ticker I'm trading. Hell, my best performing stock this year is IONQ, a company that I think has an average value of maybe $10/share lol. Personally, experience has taught me to always day trade an uptrend unless a really clear support level presents itself. My hands are covered in paper cuts from trying to find bottoms on shit otherwise.
