HL are a bunch of old cunts or young posh wankers who believe us plebs need to pass a test before you can buy a BTC etn. Of course there's money to be made so they don't really have your safety in mind.

Anyone in this space is in for a rude awakening if they try and use HL. It’s like dealing with a company in the 60s or something. The revolution in modern investment and democratised ownership through technology seems to have just passed them by.
I had a work pension with them that I moved to somewhere else because they’re website looked like something from the 90s. And that’s not even mentioning the fees.
