I’ve been trading Gold (XAUUSD) for over 7 years now — full-time for most of that.
If there’s one thing that consistently cost me money early on, it was overtrading.
Not bad analysis. Not poor setups. Just… doing too much.
Here’s what helped me change that:
🔹 1. One Setup, One Market
I dropped everything else. No more multi-pair watching.
Just one clear structure-based setup across H4 → M15 → M1.
Clarity increased. Noise disappeared.
🔹 2. No indicators
The more I removed, the better I saw.
Structure is cleaner than signals — HH/HL, LH/LL, BOS, CHoCH. That’s it.
🔹 3. A calm checklist
Every trade had to meet rules across three timeframes — or I walked away.
No checklist = no entry. Simple.
🔹 4. Stillness over screen time
The urge to be in a trade faded when I realized: the market doesn’t reward activity, it rewards alignment.
\> The biggest shift wasn’t technical.
\> It was mental. Stillness changed more than strategy ever could.
Not saying I’ve mastered it — but if you’re struggling with overtrading, sometimes the answer isn’t another system. It’s a quieter mind and a cleaner process.
Happy to go deeper if anyone’s interested in how I approach it structurally.

I am explicitly saying the guys running the HL validators are not a decentralized community.
They are a very small group who act quickly to protect very narrow interests.

Because there’s no bridge risk also once synthetix moves to layer 1 for their perps DEX. I don’t mean to FUD HL, they obviously have an awesome platform. But to simply not bridge funds is huge, especially to whales, but realistically anyone. synthetix just becomes a more decentralized perps DEX on eth once the move. Sounds like around 3 weeks ish before the devs are able to put the new platform out

Are you actually arguing the rollback that occurred all the way back in 2016 means ETH is just as decentralized as .... HL?

Seriously your argument here? Seems like you know why this is a very, very stupid argument and can basically figure out all on your own and, for that reason, are likely just grifting. For what? Idk lol. Maybe you own a lot of $hype.

But if anybody here thinks a rollback like from 2016 on eth is possible in 2025 they should definitely stop investing in decentralized applications. This kind of investing is not for you.

Do you know anything about HL ?
I'm not interested in persuading you of anything. Don't buy hype, don't sell eth.
