All this things with small amounts of gains you can just sell now. Things with large gains you might consider keeping as long as the ER is low. GSLC for instance is only 0.09% which is not enough to worry about. GSEU at 0.25% is worth considering taking the tax hit on. GEM at 0.59% is get out now territory.
