I think it depends talaga if you see your BF na pakakasalan mo in the future or ganun din siya sayo. Yun condo naman kasi is para sa inyo and pwede naman mas mataas share niya sa payment. Try living with him muna kung mahal mo talaga. Ikaw naman nagsabi hindi ka nakatali sa kanya and wala ka name sa condo so anytime pwede mo iwan.

Naisip din naman na matagal na bayaran and ang malaki yun payment monthly pero nag go pa rin kami. Malaki din ang ambag namin sa kanya-kanyang family household. Pero ngayon fiance ko na at soon to be married, may iba na kaming investment, di na rin kami nagccommute this year and may ipon pa. Sobrang daming negative comments about pagbili ng condo, pero sa panahon ngayon hindi mo naman alam kung kelan ka rin makakaipon, kelan ka pa bibili? Inisip na lang namin as long as pasok sa income at may sobra pa nag go na kami. Almost everyday namin napapakinbangan amenities ng condo. Gym, pool, etc. Masaya pa naman kami ngayon hahaha.
Pero buhay mo naman yan OP at depende sa magiging lifestyle mo yan. Di mo need pilitin sarili mo kung hindi mo feel. Mukang kaya naman ng BF mo isustain sarili niya dahil nag agree din parents nya eh? Maybe give it a chance and try mo for a month. Sabihan mo nalang agad siya na if ever hindi mo talaga kaya iwan mo na siya sa condo mag-isa.

GameFly would've been the perfect thing to acquire for GS, who has a massive amount of disc-only games that are playable but not in the best condition. They could rent them out indefinitely (and offer subscribers the option to buy them as well, just like GF does). GF has that corner of the entire market. It would make perfect sense and is a smaller company.

GF has a girls trip to Miami planned for November, guess I'll spend that week staring ar charts. So in other words business as usual.
