FTMH muni bonds are currently paying 4.8% fully tax exempt, which is roughly equivalent to an 8.1% dividend assuming middle income taxation. If you look a bit wider internationally, you can get into the 7% to 10% range, and realistically a bit more because the USD continues to weaken year on year.
