If no one was bank running SVB, SVB could have just unwind its liabilities as T-bonds matured or sold off.
Instead the bank run forced SVB to sell off asset for cheap thus worsening the problem.
SVB along with FR was talked about the entire time up to FDIC take over, this metropolitan capital bank just closed out of nowhere with no pre news at all
