The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Dow Jones Global Select Dividend IndexSM. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index is an indicated annual dividend yield weighted index of 100 stocks selected from the developed-market portion of the Dow Jones World IndexSM.
