Do you have reliable transportation and your student loan debt under control? It looks like ONEQ and FENI are the equivalent of QQQ and VXUS, more or less. That's a fine choice for a portfolio

Could someone give me some feedback on this? I’m a rising sophomore in high school with around $5000 available to invest on a Fidelity youth account. I’m thinking of splitting the money 70/30 between the ETF’s ONEQ and FENI. I also had some sector-specific ETF’s in mind (FFGCX, FNSTX, FLVCX, FPHAX, FSRBX, FSDAX) and was wondering if I should maybe leave some money remaining and divide it between those.
