It's the Nasdaq Top 100, which is obviously a great long-term hold. There are many other aggressive/top-heavy funds that will also probably outpace the total index in the long run, for example VOOG, VONG, VGT/FTEC, SPMO, SMH, SCHG, FELG.
I like having a basket of ETFs. What you're buying with each fund is a formula -- the basket of stocks that results from that formula is just the consequence of it. The Nasdaq Top 100 is a nice formula. So is indexing Technology. So is indexing large-cap growth. So is indexing momentum. A portfolio of formulas that you can hold long-term is what you should aim for.
Or keep it simple like a Boglehead and go all in on VT/VTI. Your risk tolerance is a personal decision.
